PokerReps provides online poker training tools including preflop range drills and postflop study materials ("the Service"). Access is granted for a fixed subscription period upon purchase.
Access is sold as a recurring monthly subscription. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing a subscription you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes. The current prices are shown at the point of purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until that date and will not be charged again.
Due to the digital nature of the Service, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted, except where required by applicable Finnish or EU consumer law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at coaching@rekk.poker.
Each account is for the personal use of one individual. You may not:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
All training content, range data, solver output, and materials available through the Service are the property of AK Pokerivalmennus. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use them for personal training purposes only.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be kept to a minimum. We are not liable for temporary unavailability.
The Service is provided as-is for educational purposes. We make no guarantees about specific training outcomes or results at the poker table. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Finland. As a consumer you may also refer disputes to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta).
